Welcome! I'm Susan Quirk, CNC, NASM Certified Nutrition Coach.
When I had my Roux-en-Y Gastric Bypass 20 years ago, there was no data available to let me know what my future held. This site is all about what I have experienced. The lessons I have learned. The Things That Work For Me, and the things that don't. My goal in creating this site is twofold. First, I want to share what I have learned to help others get a better idea of what they may expect 20 years later. Second, I want to help those who have made it 20 years and maybe struggling. We are a neglected population and I'd love to help change that.
